PACK'ER UP does not provide packing or moving assistance - just totes!
The rental period is 14 days. Longer rentals may be accommodated based on availability and for additional fees.
No discount for early returns.
Renter agrees to pay $29 per tote and $69 per dolly if damaged or lost.
Full payment by credit card is required upon booking. This card will be used for rental, damages, theft, and loss. Renter's card will be kept on file for the duration of the Rental Agreement.
PACK'ER UP does not supply free packing materials except for tote labels.
FREE delivery and pick up services are available within a 35-mile radius of Weyauwega, WI
No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of delivery.
Renter must inspect the totes and report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
PACK'ER UP will try its best to accommodate your reservation time slot, but can't guarantee it.
Are there any stairs to climb? We only deliver and pick up to ground level and elevator buildings. If there are stairs, the Renter agrees to meet PACK'ER UP at delivery and/or pick up and take the totes up or down the stairs themselves.
Renter will be available at Delivery and Pick Up of totes. PACK'ER UP will let you know when we're on our way.
PACK'ER UP is not responsible for delivery or pickup failures due to uncontrollable events.
Don't use the totes for illegal purposes.
Renter can't sue PACK'ER UP for damages and/or injuries from tote use.
Totes should not be stacked higher than 5 totes.
Each tote can hold up to 65 pounds.
Store totes indoors.
Don't use tape or labels on totes, except for the labels provided by PACK'ER UP.
Upon pick up, if totes have stickers stuck on the side (that are not PACK'ER UP provided labels), excessive debris, dirt, and/or pet fur, a cleaning fee of $2.00 per tote will be charged to the credit card on file.
